F.A.Q’s

Can I book PT Sessions for 1:1 Yoga only?

Yes! Depending on class times, we may have Studio 1 or 2 all to ourselves, or we can always aim to find a quiet spot around the gym for Yoga/Mobility/Flexibility work.

Can I book a one-off PT Session?

Yes. Book ‘Single Session’ on the DL app. Please note that our first session will include a short consultation, where I get to know you, your lifestyle, goals, previous experience and any injuries/health concerns.

Who do I Coach at DL?

I work with clients from all walks of lives; teachers, nurses, doctors, physios, engineers, full-time parents - you name it! No matter who you are, managing your health & fitness can feel overwhelming, so I work with anyone needing guidance, support, accountability or even seasoned gym goers who are in need of a push!
